Synopsis:
Sent off to find a missing bird that belongs to a friend of Alfred Hitchcock's, the boys soon find themselves against an international art thief and must solve the cryptic messages of seven talking birds to find a lost masterpiece of art.

Tidbit: The "villain" in this story spells his name "Huganay" in this mystery but has a different spelling when he reappears in "Screaming Clock."
