Were the Chumash Indians real?
Dennis Lynds (William Arden) introduced us readers of T3I to the Chumash Indians in "The Mystery of the Laughing Shadow" and brought them up again in "The Mystery of Wreckers Rock." A logical question that may be raised in the minds of readers was whether these were a fictionalized group of people. Residents of California and nearby areas probably already know the answer to this one, but for those readers not familiar with the Indians of the West Coast, the Chumash Indians were a genuine group.
